Delivery Policy

We deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery of the Goods within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland will be made to the Customer subject to the Customer having ordered Goods in excess of the minimum order value.
In cases where a Customer’s order for Goods does not meet our minimum order value, the customer will be notified at the time of the Supplier’s receipt of an order for Goods.

Carriage Paid Deliveries

 

Parcel and Bundle deliveries minimum order value €250 ex VAT.

Including but not limited to products such as:- bathroom accessories, bathroom cabinets, toilet seats, shower accessories, bathroom safety, Dumalock, pine shelving, 1 meter saddleboards, metal screening panels, radiator cabinets (excluding Medium/Large Georgian & Rhode island)

Standard pallet deliveries minimum order value €400 ex VAT. 

Including but not limited to products such as:- Internal doors, Mouldings, Pine Boards, TG&V sheeting, door frames, Architraves, mirrors, MDF screening panels, Medium/large Georgian & Rhode Island radiator cabinets, 2 meter worktops, 1.8m Saddle boards

Large pallet deliveries minimum order value €600 ex VAT. 

Including but not limited to products such as:-Worktops 3mtrs & 3.6mtrs and Skirting 3.6 mtrs. PVC panelling 2.6mtrs.

All deliveries will be made by B&Gs standard delivery service. B&G Ltd. reserves the right to impose a charge on the Customer for the delivery of Goods, such charge to be notified to the Customer before delivery has commenced.

B&G Ltd reserves the right to make partial deliveries and this Delivery Policy and the Terms and Conditions for the supply of all goods to the Customer from B&G Limited shall apply to each partial delivery. Each delivery or partial delivery shall be regarded as separate and invoiced accordingly.

The date of invoice shall be the date following despatch of the Goods from B&G Limited.

Back-orders, which are available within one month of the original order date, may be supplied at the sole discretion of B&G Ltd unless the Customer instructs otherwise. All back-orders over one month old shall be cancelled unless the Customer instructs otherwise.

The time, if any, specified for the commencement and completion of the supply and delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to be variable and such times, if specified, are approximate only and not of contractual effect. Time of delivery is not of the essence of the contract, and the Customer shall not be entitled to rescind the contract by reason only of delay in delivery.
